Happy Hump day ladies..
I'm counting the days till Saturday and this reveal means that I'm day closer..LOL
My hubby was a sweet heart last Saturday and said " I wanna go spend some money!" I jumped on that boat before asking too many questions..LOL
He knew I've been wanting to re-do our bedroom and my scraproom for the longest time (this bright pink wall in my scraproom has got to go) and treated me to some amazing new furniture and paint.. Our bedroom is almost done, just needs a few little odd's and ends, like photo frames on the wall and a new curtain.. But this Saturday, I'm re-doing my whole scraproom..I'm so excited and actually told Stephanie over at Whimsical Wednesdays that I would have to skip this weeks reveal since most of my crafty supplies would be packed away ..
But, I just had to make something quick before I had the chance of packing it all..
So, here is my card for today's Going Green Challenge, for the challenge you need to have something green on your card..
I once again was very brave and grabbed some of my Graphic45 papers.. Once upon a Spring time .. I think its fitting to use since spring is right around the corner..
I fussy cut some of the flowers and leaves, plus added two springs with punched flowers glued to the ends of them..
and used one of the cutest sentiments stamps ever..
Thought it was perfect with the little fairy talking to the frog..
Kind of like meeting your prince charming..LOL
Well ladies, this is my last post for this week.. I will be fully packed away by Friday.. I honestly have no clue where I'm going to put all of this stuff while I re-do my room...LOL and I already told hubby that were never moving since we own too much stuff..LOL
Do stop by Whimsical Wednesdays to see what the rest of our amazing design team has created for this challenge..
I hope everyone has a wonderfully creative week..

OMG, Nanne, you are so funny! We are in the middle of re-doing our bedroom too! What a freakin' PITA! The furniture weighs a ton and it ALL needs to be removed from the room so we can rip up the carpet, refinish the hardwood floors and paint. I'm thinking I'd rather have a root canal! :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your gorgeous "last minute" card! The fairy and frog make a lovely couple :)

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on this card and never would have known it was last minute:) This paper recently became one of my fav of all time. Too bad I got on the boat so late and it is discontinued. After hours of searching and lots of determination I found a scrap store that had a few 12X12 pads in stock and scored. LOVE IT!! I am working on mini with it. Your card is wonderful inspiration for a page. Thanks girls for getting in on this week!
