Halloween card set

Happy Halloween fellow crafters..
I'm here sharing two Halloween cards I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments using lots of CE goodies.

Here is what I created:
These were both so much fun to create..
They measure bigger than your normal card base, these are 6x8..

How about some close ups:

This is definitely a spooky favorite of mine.. I stained the window using distress oxides, just adding layers of color and the lastly inked the edges with black soot distress ink.. attached it to my card using foam tape, I painted the spiders black and added a few drops of Nuvo White.
The faux wood panels are just an embossing folder that I used to emboss some cream colored cardstock, then using distress oxides and black distress ink, was able to create the look of old wood..  The candle and bones are a die cut from my stash..

Totally in love with this whimsy Halloween card.. I love these plant urns and decided to create a fun Halloween scene with the witches' legs, and love love love this broom.. its so whimsy..

I also use diestress oxides and distress ink to color my chipboard, so easy to create shadowing on the images.. I then attached all images to my card using foam tape.. Final touch of detail was adding yellow Nuvo drops..
and there you have my two Halloween cards for todays post.. Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my projects for todays reveal.. Till next time..
Hugs

Child at Play

Hi fellow scrappers.. I'm here sharing a playful layout I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments of my grand daughter.. I love her at this age (21 months) cause of her imagination, curiosity and playfulness..

Here is the layout I created:

I've gotten so addicted to creating my own backgrounds and with some cute CE stencils (Distressed patterns and Stars) and stamps, plus an ink pad, it all super easy..

I really had fun creating my whimsical title.. Absolutely adore these puzzle pieces and the alphabet panel  giving my layout that perfect little touch of whimsy..

these large license plates are a fun element to a page. I inked it black and then glued some white cardstock to the back..
I also played around with the Basic alphabet letters, which helped me create the title to my page.
and that is my project for todays reveal..
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project. Till next time

Hugs

Sugar and Spice

Hi fellow scrappers.. I'm here sharing a layout I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments using one of the large clock face chippies and of course, I had to add a photo of my cute little grand daughter..

Here s what I created:
I absolutely love the large clock faces, I decided to color mine green to match the background colors of my layout, I think they make the perfect frame ..
I added some flowers to help frame the clock face.
I also added a few punchinella pieces to my layout and then the flourish, which I decorated with flowers.
and the most appropriate title for this photo .. She is such a chunky cheeked cutey..LOL
and there is my layout for todays reveal.. Thank you for stopping by and checking out my layout.. Till next time
