You're a cut above-card-CDD daily

Hi fellow crafters..
Here  to share a fun card I created with one of my favorite stamp sets: Beyond Measure..
by Crafting Desert Diva's

Here is the card I created:
I can't seem to get enough of the masking technique and so, was able to get all of these layers stamped onto my card..

how about a few close ups and some details:

First, I stamped my row of apples, then the books starting from the top stack and working my way down..

I then added a few pencils, the scissors and my sentiment.. adding the A+ last..

The edge doodling I did free hand using a fine tip black marker, just to add a little detail to the edge of my card..

Here is the stamp set I used:
and you can buy it HERE

Thanks for stopping by today..
Till next time

Here's what I've created for you..

I decided to take one of the cute little stamps from the Got Coffee stamp set, Chilly stamp set and the Tis the Season sentiment set and put them together to create a cute Christmas themed card..
I think it turned out adorable :)
I had so much fun coloring him and adding the winter cap on him.. wanted to focus on Christmas colors ..
How about some close ups:

I added the sentiment Tis the season to be... from the "Tis The Season" set and combined it with the sentiment "Sprinkled with LOVE!" from the Got coffee set..

adding the "Merry Christmas" which is also on the Tis The Season sentiment set and so are the holly's..  For the  edge, I used a MS punch.

Isn't this guy just about the cutest?..LOL  I added the candy cane to his cup just to give it that Christmas feel.. I know I like to stir my coffee with a candy cane.. Yum!
The candy cane is also on the Tis The Season sentiment set..

Spook-tacular card-PPPR daily

Hi fellow crafters..
I'm here today to share a "spook-tacular" card I created using some of the Halloween themed cutting files from the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon store..

here is the card I created:

Fun in a spooky kind of way..LOL
I absolutely love Halloween and I love to create fun Halloween themed projects and cards..

Here are some close ups and details:

I found some cute tombstone sayings online and used some free fonts I have in my stash to add them to the tombstones, just print and cut around edge.. These great tomb stones and the iron gate are in the Haunted Graveyard Cutting File.

I decided my card needed an over sized moon with some spooky bats lurking about :)
I found the perfect images in the Haunted Scenery Cutting File.

I decided it needed a banner and found the perfect one in the Sentiment Spots 5 cutting file.
I did the same as with the tombstones, added some fun fonts, print and then cut around edge..
The grass which was a must have, is in the Flower Assortments Cutting file.

and their you have my Spook-tacular Halloween card..
Thanks for stopping by today..
Till next time..

I absolutely adore those cute little owls on the Owl-idays stamp set, plus I'm a big fan of sunflowers :)
I grabbed a cup of hot coffee and my stamps, sat down at the kitchen table and just stamped on a white piece of cardstock and this is what I ended up with :)  I absolutely love this card, it turn out so much better than I had  envisioned ..

how about a few close ups and some details:

I wanted to create the illusion of falling leaves, so added a little grey shadow underneath the images and then some black swirls with a fine tip black marker..

I love the adorable owl.. I had to dress him up in his Autumn outfit, staying warm while playing in the falling leaves :)

I did a lot of masking on this card, but it was fun and so worth it..

Here are the stamp sets I used to make this card:

I love Autumn..It's definitely a favorite time of the year for me, the rich colors etc..
We recently moved out to the country side and I have taken lots of photos of the trees, etc and cant wait to start scrapping them..

How about some close ups and details:

I love adding lots of fall themed goodies to my layout, so I found these awesome leaves, corn, pumpkins and some acorns :)

I used the Fall Phrases cutting file and created a cute title to my page..
Which when my hubby seen the title, he asked what photo I had planned for this layout and my response was one of him pushing the wheel barrow..LOL

and what layout isn't complete with out a pretty butterfly and we've had a lot of them around here along with some dragon flies..  I must be a city slicker since I'm in aaaaw with all of these things we've seen and experienced out here in the country side..

Here is what I created:
Decided to  make a CAS style card using some of the fun images from several of the Stamp lines from the CDD store.
I thought the little girl from the Sew Raggedy stamp set would look cut all dressed up for Halloween and decided she could use some bat wings, so stamped, colored and fussy cut a bat and attached it to her back  :)

How about a few close ups and some details:

The bat and the witch hat are from the Fright Night stamp set
and the title is from the Hallo-Scream stamp set.

The cute little pumpkin is from the Farmers Market stamp set and the star is also in the Hallo-scream stamp set.  The lacy border is a Martha Stewart punch..

I also added a phrase in the inside of the card and that is on the Hallo-scream stamp set :)

Here is the stamp set and dies I used to make this card:
  Fright Night
