Sweet layout -CE reveal

Hi fellow scrappers..
I'm here today to share a layout I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments and the layout is for grand daughters photo album, using lots of beautiful Creative Embellishments goodies..

Here's what I created:

This is one of my all time favorite photos I took of her while she was playing around, so sweet..

and that is where the title comes from, cause she just too sweet :)

for this layout, I decided to keep the chipboard elements white and add color using paper, flowers and inked the background.

I used one of the big frames and cut it into two, tucking it behind the photo on the left and then underneath the tags on the right, I really liked the swirls on it and think it added a nice look the background of the layout..  The large butterfly on the corner was added to make it look as if she was looking at it..

I also used some of the diamond panel, adding bits here and there..
For the background, I used the distressed Harlequin stamp and the distressed script stamp too add some detail, dry brushing it all with white gesso to soften the color a bit.
Finally adding my flowers, pearl on a string, gems, flat back pearls and a white ribbon bow to finish it all off..

and there you have my layout for todays reveal..
Thank you for stopping by today and checking out my project and you can find the list of supplies used below..
Till next time

Baby Girl House Vignette

Hi fellow scrappers..
I'm here to share a baby girl house vignette decor piece I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments.. I had a lot of fun with this one and just wanted to keep adding goodies to it.. Hopefully one day this will be on the shelf in my grand daughters room..

Here is what I created:

This is the back of the house vignette, I added lots of goodies and hanging chipboard tags, which I added photos of my grand daughter to. and for the front of the house:

I used the distressed brick stencil and some texture paste to create the brick work.. Once dry, I rubbed the surface with some vintage photo distress ink.. I also added the gate pieces and ivy vines, flowers and finally string pearl..
I also added some of the faux brick to the sides and a panel which I painted white.
The chipboard tags are easy to take out of the house frame, I used a skewer to hang the tags on..
close up of the tags and my cute little grand daughter :)
and there is my finished project for todays reveal.. These are really fun to create and I enjoyed making mine..
Till next time
Hugs

Precious Baby girl layout -CE daily

HI fellow scrappers..
I'm here to share a layout I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments, using the new Urn planter chipboard element.. I really enjoyed creating my flower cluster around it..

Here is what I created:

I covered the chipboard elements with rust embossing powder by Ranger.. distressed the edges with black distress ink.

I used flowers by 49 and Market, love the greenery in the packages and thought they were perfect with the planter..

I used the banners to create a sweet sentiment for my layout and adding pieces of the panel to add little touches of detail here and there.
and there you have my project for today..
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my project..
Till next time.
Hugs
