Warm and cozy-SOUS die cut reveal

Hi everyone..
I'm here today to  share my layout that I created as my design team project for our "Warm and Cozy" die cut challenge over at S.O.U.S

Here's what I created:
I found these digital papers by Cartabella and thought they were perfect for this challenge..
I printed the papers for the background and then for the die cuts, I flooded the die cuts with the prints in the SIL software, then did the print and cut with my Silhouette Cameo..

How about a few close ups and some details:
The photo is a bit dark, but its of  my hubby and our beagle dog, Bemsky. Our dog is such a hugger, as soon as you sit down on the couch, he's all over you :)

I actually created these book die cuts myself in the SIL software..

I also added some big brown snowflakes (to match my color scheme), the window in the background to make look like you were warm and cozy inside :)

because its a masculine layout, I decided to add some stars and a few hearts, plus snow flakes cause the photo was taken last week while we were having a snow storm :)

and there you have my Warm and Cozy layout for our die cut reveal..
Do stop by SOUS and check what amazing projects the rest of our die cut team have created for Fridays reveal..
Till next time fellow scrappers..

I love you layout-CDD reveal

I'm  here today to share a fun "I love you" themed layout I created as my design team project for Craftin Desert Diva's..
I love coffee and when I say that, I mean " I LOVE coffee!"..LOL  I decided to create a fun detailed layout show casing my love for coffee and got to use some of the stamps from the "Say it Big" sentiment set..

Here is what I created:
So super fun :D

how about a few close ups and some details:

I decided to stamp the sentiment "I love you" from the Say It Big stamp set
onto a tab and then used foam tape to attach it to the frame around my photo.
Then adding some fun details using coffee beans and leaves :)

I also added the sentiment "Hugs" from the Simply Said sentiment set by tucking it in
behind the cup to go along with the rest of the saying I created ..

I wanted to add some fun coffee related deails..

I actually have a tattoo of a coffee cup and heart on my lower forearm :)
added a photo of it to my layout..

I used my "Love you a Latte" cartridge and my Cricut Imagine, along with the great Sentiment stamps by Craftin Desert Diva's to create this layout.

You can buy it HERE

and then I used the Say it Big stamp set:
You can buy it HERE

It's the little things layout-CDD reveal

Hey fellow stampers..

I'm here today to a layout I created using some fun die cuts and sentiments from the Simply said and Say it Big stamp sets by Craftin Desert Diva's..

Here's what I created:

Lots of fun details and I love adding a few journaling strips here and there, what a fun way to add detail right?..

How about a few close ups:

I wanted to look like the mittens were holding the sentiment..
Stamped it on some white paper, then cut it up and inked the edges..

my cute little snowman :)  Who doesn't like warm snowman hugs..LOL
I stamped the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock, cut it up and then inked the edges to match the distressed look of my layout.

and I had to add a close up of my pup, who is going to be 11 yrs old this spring, but acts like a puppy :D

Here is the stamp set I used:

You can buy it HERE
and I also used:

New Arrival-PPPR reveal

I'm here today to share a layout I created as my design team project for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. The layout is for my daughters friend who just had a baby boy a few months back..

Here's what I created:
Lots of fun baby themed goodies :D

How about some close ups and details:

This cute little baby, the box of wipes, baby powder, diapers and safety pins can be found in the "changing Time" cutting file.  I also used one of the bon bon holders from the "Valentines Sweets" cutting file to create the bed for the baby :)

The title I created using some free fonts I have in my font stash, I embellished it with some safety pins and hearts.. The hearts are from the "Valentines Sweets" cutting file..
I thought the layout could use some trim, so used the circle border from the "Borders 1" cutting file.

I wanted to add a few toys to this layout and the sail boat from the "Sail Away" cutting file was perfect :)  I added a few flourish swirls and those are in the "Flourish 2" cutting file.
The photo mats I created, well I used the Stamp edge label from the "Layered Labels 3" cutting file.

Love love love this cute little stork holding the baby.. He can be found in the "stork and baby" cutting file.

and what's a baby layout with out a teddy bear and a onesie..LOL
The teddy bear is in the "Santa's Helpers" cutting file and the onesie can be found in the "Changing time" cutting file..  I also wanted to use a hanger, I found one in the "Mommy to be" cutting file. I then used my knife tool in the SIL software to remove the hanger from the clothing.

and that explains how I was able to create this cute little baby layout :)

Thanks for stopping by today..
till next time..
