Special Moments- CE daily

Hi fellow scrappers.. I'm here to share my design team project for todays daily for Creative embellishments reveal and I once again have a cute little layout of my grand daughter.. Creating layouts of her photos has become an obsession..LOL

Here is what I've created:

I once again used a few stamps and a stencil to create my background onto white cardstock. The printed paper is by Cosmo Cricket and the flowers are by Prima that I've had in my stash for a very long time.. Decided that this is the year that I start using up some of my older papers and flowers, since I want to get some new ones.

My little sweetie trying on some summer dresses that gramma bought and we also got her some butterfly clips for hair, which she likes to pull off as soon as I put them on .. I love these new Scroll sets and because they come two to a set, you create multiple projects with just the one set..

and because I love a little greenery on my projects, I used the flourish which looks like leaves, also added a few wood veneer gears here and there.  I also used the "Special Moments!" words from the Moments word set..

and what kind of a gramma would I be if I didn't add a close up of my cutey..LOL
Thank you for stopping by today and checking out my project for the daily reveal.. Till next time..

Here comes Trouble-CE daily

Hi fellow scrappers..
I'm here sharing a cute layout I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments and this is for my grand daughters album.. It's of her and her cousin on her dads side.. They are so cute together..
Here is the layout I created:
I've been having a blast creating some of my own flowers, which I hadn't done in a long time.. I like that I can match them perfectly to my colors by creating them myself.. I also love these punchinella pieces, they are so awesome playing peek-a-boo from underneath my photo mats..
I used some Distress Oxides to color my chippies.. super quick and easy..
I masked off my title so I could color it with different colors.. Distress oxides are super easy to use to color your chipboard elements..
and that is my design team project for todays reveal.. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project.. till next time
Hugs,

Adventure-CE daily

Hi fellow scrappers..
I'm here to share a layout I created using some of the new chipboard elements you can find in the Creative Embellishments store..

Here's what I created:
I started off with just a white piece of cardstock..I started off by adding some Ivy leaves, using the Ivy stencil and some distress oxides in Peeled paint and vintage photo.  I then rubbed some Peeled paint Distress Oxide on the edges, patted it with a sponge that I had dabbed in white paint and then finally adding some stamping using the Distressed script stamp..  I love creating an original background using stamps and stencils..

I decided to create my own flowers for this layout, using dies and some cardstock.. I also wanted to use these large palm leaves, so tucked a few those underneath my rose.. I also colored those with Peeled paint distress oxide.

I absolutely love, love, love these new Scroll sets.  I decided to use just one from the set of two, painted it white and then tucked underneath my photo cluster.. added a few drops of white Nuvo drops and this is what I ended up with.. I'm very happy with it..

I also used up some left over Mini lattice panel pieces I had, painted those to match my colors and tucked a pieces underneath the sides of my photo cluster and then the other ones, I added to the top and bottom of my layout..  Punched some butterflies using the left over papers I had and finally added some last minute details with Nuvo drops..

thank you for stopping by and checking out my layout for today's daily post..
Till next time
