Forever Friends-SOUS


 

Hey, hey hey...Its Fri-dayyyy....LOL
SOUS is having its weekly reveal today and here is my take on this weeks sketch ..

The photo is of my DD Amber and my DS Aaron.  amber was 4 years old and Aaron was 4 weeks old..
I absolutely adore this photo of the two of them..

So this weeks sketch is by a very talented lady Aymee Gandy aka Southernbellscrapper..

The little Disney Pooh characters were pretty easy to put together and didn't take all that long..
a few hours total for the whole layout..Not too bad!!
Now, for supplies used:

Cricut Cartridges:
Pooh Font: Title "Forever" and all pooh characters
Pooh and Friends: Bee's
Mickey and Friends: big tag
Tags, Bags and Boxes: Title foundation tags
Songbird: title "Friends"
Stretch your imagination: Tree and leaves
Graphically Speaking: Flowers

Papers: K& Co
cardstock: 
light blue, orange, red, yellow, pink (light and dark),brown and black
Stickles: orange (leaves) and yellow (honey)
Tim Holtz distress inks:
yellow mustard, dried marigold, antique linen, broken china and shabby shutters
Chalks:
orange, yellow, blue and pink
black fine tip marker: hand doolding
green ribbon and staples
pop dots and zig two way glue pen


well ladies, that about does it again for this week..

  1. sooooooooooooo freaking cute! (p.s. yes Jordyn says freaking but I tell her its a bad word! LOL!)
    I have got to say that your chalking adds a TON to your cuts...I think you should give out examples on the board on how it takes your cuts to the next level! ;o)
    love your design on this and how happy happy happy is it and of course the old photo is too precious!

  16. OMG Nanne! This has got to be one of the most precious things I've EVER seen! One thing I especially love about it is that even though there's TONS of detail, everything compliments rather than detracts from the photo! Absolutely GORGEOUS! xxD
