she was talking and I was snapping..LOL :O)
well.. I was beyond thrilled when I seen which sketch we got the pleasure to work with this week and here is my take on it.. Now, you all know I always have to add a little bit of ME into everything I make, so I really wanted to add a little something here and there and everywhere...LOL :O)
*Here is this weeks sketch and its by Becky Fleck at Pagemaps:
How utterly Fantastic is that?..
So simple, yet with a little bit imagination it can end up being so fab..
Here are some close ups and all of the details to the making of this layout:
My mom at the young age of 63 is such a fashion Diva..
She has recently lost like 30 lbs and ever since, she has fallen in love with clothes and has a fetish with handbags and coats.. She really has a flair for looking good!!
I love the new Forever Young cart..most of the cuts are from that cart.
My mom.. Got to love her to pieces.. She smiles most of the time and we have an excellent relationship. (as long as she remembers I'm an adult..LOL :O)

ReplyDeleteTHis is a awesome layout..and you're right about making the layout look fab....it does...I love how you added the silohuettes and the fashion diva title..is so cute...you're pics of your mom are fab too.TFS
ReplyDeleteNanne - You crack me up!! Your mom must be way cooler than mine because "Fashion Diva" are not the words I use to describe my mom!! Heehee!! Anyway... on to the LO... it is absolutely spectacular!! That color combo rocks and I really like all the die cuts you added inside the squares. The silhouettes add so much character to the LO without distracting from the pictures! And your mom is so beautiful, you wouldn't want to take the focus off of her!! :) Another great LO!!
