TGIF everyone..I love thats its Friday.
and especially this Friday cause my oldest son is graduating today..
We have a spring party at his school Saturday and he will get his diploma with the rest of the graduating class..I have plans on charging up the batteries for camera and taking lots and lots of pictures Tomorrow..
For a minute there, I thought this day would never come...LOL :O)
I'm so proud of him for sticking it out and staying in school. On June 16th we will find out if he has been accepted to a career based school starting next school year for the next 3 to 4 years..(*The educational system is so different here in Finland than it was when I went to school in the States)
Keep your fingers crossed everyone..
well, I could go on and on about what a proud mom I am, but lets get to the other good stuff..
We had a great sketch this week by pagemaps and here is my take on the sketch.

I had big plans on adding journaling strips to this layout with a cute little poem that I had found, but my printer hates me and refused to cooperate..LOL
So, in all of the frustration, I even ended up misspelling PREEMIE, but decided to just leave it be.. :O)

Well hello my dear friend. How gorgeous is this layout of your little lovely!! What a precious showcase for this beautiful memory...and what a beauty she has grown to as well. I bet she loves the layout and the lovely documetation of the fragile beginning of her life...bet it was a scary time for you...esp as a first time mommy! ReplyDeleteBeautiful page Nanne. I'm with you and Shelia. I also was a mother of a preemie. It can be quite a learning experience, but in the long run everything works out fine. My "preemie" is now 20 years old. Love the colors you chose for this one and all your details. Congrats to your son! You must be one proud mom!

Well I love this and can't believe the photos! amazing! I will never forget the first time I saw my youngest sister, she was smaller then my cabbage patch dolls! I really enjoyed the flowers and the tags!
OH so stunning...I love the colors, the butterflies, the pics everything about it...Love all the work that went into this one. Your allowed to be a proud mom...that is a big accomplishment to graduate....TFS
