Be Mine card-CDD reveal

I'm here today to share a masculine Valentines Day card that I created for our "Love" theme week. I used the "Be Mine" sentiment from the "Sending Love" sentiment stamp set from Craftin Desert Diva's.
My husband and I will be celebrating our 19th Wedding Anniversary on Valentines Day this year and well, I think he deserves one of my hand made cards :) So, this is for him..
I love primitive country style crafts, so I wanted to use that as the theme to my card..

How about a few close ups and some details:
side view of my card, I added some layers using foam tape and then tucked the twigs behind my big star..

I created the circle tag with two circles and a punch in the middle, created all of my die cuts in the SIL software and cut them with my Silhouette Cameo.

Here is the stamp set I used:
and you can buy it HERE..

Thanks for stopping by today
Till next time..
hugs
Nanné

  1. I am not usually a huge fan of the primitive style, but your project really intrigues me as it is not your usual red/pink combo for a card.. Think I need to rethink my opinion on this style.. TFS, now off to snoop your blog for more examples of this work

  2. This is a beauty. I also love that you showed you don't have to use red and white for love.
