Love layout-CE reveal

Hi fellow scrappers..
I'm here sharing a love themed layout that I created as my design team project for Creative embellishments.. I used one of my favorite photos of my grand daughter which was taken two summers ago.. I also used Graphic 45 papers, which went great with the chipboard elements I chose for my layout.

Here's my layout:
Once again I started with a plain piece of 12x12 cardstock, inked the edges using distress oxides.. added stamping , using the Distressed text stamp and then the new flourish stencil.. I used the Once Upon a Time paper collection by Graphic 45 for my prints and then lots of fun chipboard elements to add that little detail that we so love to look at ..
Some of my favorite chipboard elements are the background panels.. they are so versatile, fun to color and stretch to use on multiple projects.. I also added the arched door panels, a flourish which I cut into two pieces to make it stretch and then of course a few fairies since those go great with this paper collection..
I've been dying to use this heart border and finally had the opportunity to do so.. I cut it into three pieces, adding two the bottom of my layout and then a piece to top to bring everything together..
and there you have my baby girl themed layout for todays reveal.. I want to thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look, hope I have inspired you to get crafting and even join our monthly challenge this month..  Till next time.
Hugs

Sunshine and smiles

Hi fellow scrappers...
I'm here with yet another fun grand daughter layout I want to share with you all today that I created as my design team project for Creative Embellishments... I love late Spring and early summer with the flowers coming into bloom etc.. My grand daughter does as well and went dandelion picking with her mom a few days ago and I was lucky enough to get some photos of her having such a great time..
Here is the layout I created using a few of those photos:
I wanted to use yellow on my page cause of the title sentiment saying "Sunshine!" and of course cause dandelions are yellow till they decided to puff up and make a mess..LOL
She is always in such a good mood (unless tired or hungry)... LOL  I used the punchinella background panel and cut up into a few pieces, tucking them behind the photos and added a few to the top and bottom of my layout.. I absolutely HAD to add the dandelion to this layout with a few of the sprigs flying off.. love that chipboard piece..
and here is the title sentiment.. I painted it white to keep the layout clean, even though I added some ink splatter, background stamping and I also used the stencil and some textured paste to add fun background detail..
and there you have my Sunshine and smiles layout.. Thank you for stopping by today and checking out my project.. Till next time
Hugs, Nanné
